All services provided by Top End Liquor Beer & Wine are strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing age-restricted beverages, you swear and affirm that you are of legal drinking age.

2. Government ID Verification

To prevent underage sales, we mandate the upload of a valid photo ID document during checkout. Additionally, the delivery courier will perform a physical visual inspection of your ID card and match names before releasing any beverage package. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if legal criteria are not met.

3. Compliance with Local and State Regulations

Alcohol sales are subject to local, county, and state restrictions. We only deliver inside approved boundaries in compliance with local shipping permits. Dry counties and areas under special restriction are excluded from checkouts.

4. Refusal of Delivery

Couriers reserve the right to refuse package release if:

  • The customer is unable to present a physical matching photo ID.
  • The customer is under 21 years old.
  • The customer shows signs of visible intoxication.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including product delays or refusal of delivery by partner couriers.
